There is no ticket system here, and no response time worth promising you. None of the channels below asks you for an Extension.dev account.
The Extension Developers server is where questions and bug reports land. Start here when you are not sure where a problem belongs.
Extension.dev sponsors Extension.js, the open source framework it builds on, and that framework tracks its bugs in the open. File an issue there when the fault sits in the framework or its command line.
Use this for billing, for a privacy or data request, or for anything you would rather not post in public.
